Now Im afraid to sleep. -__-” Damn it. I don’t get how I’m having it every other night. I used to experience it only once every couple months. Granted I’ve been very stressed lately. But this often? Ridiculous.
Don’t open your eyes that’s when sleep paralisis kicks in keep question closed and focus on staying awake and lay through it when you start seeing odd colors and shapes your doing it right stay awake but in a realaxed state and slowly shape it into a lucid dream I have done this alot dude opening your eyes when your body is asleep and mind awake causes the SP
